Amanda Raffa serves as the Director of Programs at Zepher Flight Labs since May 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles such as Director of Programs and Engineering at ANPC and Senior System Engineer at Insitu Inc. In their tenure at ANPC, Amanda managed a diverse portfolio exceeding $15 million, focusing on program management and engineering processes. Recognized for leadership capabilities, Amanda has directed teams ranging from 3 to 12 engineers, led complex project management efforts for numerous U.S. Department of Defense programs, and contributed to the development of agile combat operations. Educationally, Amanda holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, coupled with a Foundational Diploma in Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute.
