Marina Kalinina

Marina Kalinina is a seasoned UX/UI design professional with extensive experience in leading and managing design teams. Currently serving as Team Lead for UX/UI design at Zeppelin Group since October 2022, responsibilities include overseeing a team of five designers, managing the design system's vision and roadmap, and stakeholder management across multiple companies. Prior to this role, Marina held the position of UX Lead at Allianz, where leadership spanned across seven product teams, focusing on consistent design patterns and collaboration processes. Additional experience includes roles as UX/UI designer at Allianz, Brand & UX/UI designer at HOLZUNIQUE, Junior UI designer at VISPIRON Gruppe, and a working student at Tobias Grau. Marina holds a Master of Science in Industrial Design from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts.
