Ralf Grassl

Ralf Grassl has an extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Ralf is currently serving as the Global Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Zeppelin Group since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Qualcomm (RF360 Europe GmbH) from September 2019 to June 2023. Before that, Ralf worked at MediaMarktSaturn Technology, where they had multiple roles including Global Lead of Datacenter, Store & Cloud, Head of Infrastructure Operations, and Department Manager of Global Enterprise IT from July 2015 to August 2019. Ralf also served as the Bereichsleitung Infrastruktur / Prokurist at SANA IT Services from October 2013 to June 2015. Ralf's previous work experience includes roles such as Operations Manager Datacenter, Niederlassungsleiter, and IT-Direktor (CTO) at CAPCAD SYSTEMS AG from November 2007 to September 2013. Ralf started their career as an IT Leiter at Bayerischer Bauindustrieverband e.V. from November 2000 to November 2007. Prior to that, they worked as an EDV Referent at IHK Regensburg from January 1999 to November 2000.

Ralf Grassl attended the Technical University of Munich from 1996 to 1999. Ralf did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2015, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
