Svetlana Krasnova

Svetlana Krasnova has over two decades of work experience in various human resources roles. Svetlana has held positions at companies such as Zeppelin Group, Baker Hughes, Borets International, Odezhda 3000 (MODIS), OBI Group Holding, NOVATEK, Schlumberger, Deloitte & Touche, YMCA, and Moscow Institute of Electronic Engineering. Svetlana'sroles have included Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, Personnel Manager, and Translator/HR Administrator. Svetlana has extensive experience in HR strategy implementation, employee services management, and teaching.

Svetlana Krasnova holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Tver State University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1987. Svetlana pursued a career in public service from 1995 to 1997 after completing studies at the North-West Academy of Public Administration. In 2007 to 2008, they furthered their education at the Stockholm School of Economics, earning an EMBA with a focus on Strategic Marketing. Most recently, in 2019 to 2020, they attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) to obtain a Diploma in Company Direction, specializing in IoD Chartered Director. Svetlana has also acquired additional certifications, including Dip Io from The Institute of Directors in 2020, Cert IoD from The Institute of Directors in 2019, and CEDR Accredited Mediator from CEDR in 2019.
