Shanon McQuay

Shanon McQuay is an experienced Software Developer with a diverse background in web application development, having worked across various notable companies since 2008. Current involvement at Zepto, formerly known as Split Payments, began in September 2019. Previous roles include consulting at Cogent, where assistance was provided to clients in developing Ruby/Node.js applications, and serving as Senior Developer at Landchecker, where the initial offering for a geospatial mapping startup was built. Additional significant contributions were made at Ferocia Pty Ltd, enhancing a major Australian bank's internet banking application, and at Envato, maintaining a large Ruby on Rails application. Shanon McQuay's earlier experiences include founding Mailstro, developing an online hotel booking site at Hooroo, and creating software for carsales.com.au, among others. Shanon holds a degree from Monash University, completed in 2005.
