Mahesh Sharma

Mahesh Sharma is an experienced professional currently building Zepto since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mahesh held multiple positions at Meesho from September 2021 to December 2023, including Head of New Initiatives, Associate Director of Strategy & Operations, and Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations. Mahesh’s career began at Monitor Deloitte, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Strategy & Business Design from June 2018 to September 2021. Earlier roles included leading the India business for MyAlly.ai and managing categories at Tapzo. Mahesh also gained retail and distribution experience at Vodafone India and developed media relations at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Indian School of Business.
