Nitin Kashyap

Nitin Kashyap is an experienced data scientist specializing in operations research and has held several notable positions in various organizations. Currently, Nitin serves as a Data Scientist in Operations Research at Zepto since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nitin worked as an Independent Consultant, developing GUI applications in C++ for PLC Ladder programming. Nitin's experience includes a tenure as a Senior Operations Research Scientist at Optym, and as a Sr. Analyst in Operations Planning and Decision Support at American Airlines, where Nitin developed analytical tools and machine learning algorithms to enhance operational efficiency. Nitin has also contributed to research as a Research Analyst at Texas A&M University and has industrial engineering experience from Mahindra & Mahindra. Nitin holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ramaiah Institute Of Technology, along with continuing education in Reinforcement Learning from the Indian Institute of Science.
