Pratik Limje

Pratik Limje has diverse work experience in various industries. Pratik currently holds the position of Sr. Director in Zepto, where they head the BUHR (Business Unit Human Resources) and the Operations Vertical. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner in Flipkart for a year. Before joining Flipkart, they served in Myntra as a Senior Manager in the Human Capital department from October 2020 to June 2021. Pratik also worked as a Manager in the same department from July 2018 to September 2020. Pratik gained valuable experience in the HR field at JSW Energy Ltd, where they held different roles such as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Junior Manager in Human Resources from June 2011 to July 2018. Pratik also gained experience in the aviation industry, working as a Summer Intern at Kingfisher Airlines in 2010 and as a Guest Services Agent at the same company from April 2007 to April 2009. Additionally, Pratik worked as a Traffic Associate at Taurus Aviation from April 2006 to April 2007 and as a Media Executive at XACT Media from October 2004 to March 2006.

Pratik Limje completed their education as follows:

- From 2009 to 2011, they attended Indira School of Business Studies in Pune, where they obtained a PGDM-HR degree with a focus on HR.

- In 2006 and 2007, they were enrolled in Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, where they pursued a PGDBM in General Management.

- Between 2003 and 2006, they studied Commerce at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, earning a B. Com. degree.

In addition to their formal education, Pratik has obtained several certifications. This includes a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India (2022), a Certified HR Analytics Professional certification from Aon's Human Capital Solutions (2017), and a Behavioral Event Interview certification from People Matrix (2014). Pratik also holds a Certified PPA Practitioner certification from Thomas International (2013), completed a Career Leadership Development Program at Stratecent Consulting (2011), and received training in La Salle Matrix Thinking from La Salle Matrix Thinking (2010).
