Veena Perneti

Veena Perneti currently serves as the VP and Head of Internal Audit at Zepto since May 2025. Prior to this role, Veena held various positions at Titan Company Limited from January 2022 to April 2025, including Head of Business and Corporate Audits and Vertical Head of Corporate Internal Audit. Veena's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Assurance and Risk Advisory at PKF SRIDHAR & SANTHANAM LLP from October 2004 to August 2021, and as a Partner at SRKB Associates / M.C. Ranganathan & Co. from April 2007 to December 2014. Veena Perneti is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, having obtained the degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between January 2001 and December 2004, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras from June 2000 to May 2003.
