Frank Odayo

Frank is an Educationist with a long experience in teaching. He has served Maseno School as a teacher of Physics, Class Supervisor and Games master. He was the longest serving Dean of Studies of Maseno School, where he mooted the idea of a phone based school management system for Litemore. He was later promoted to serve as the Deputy Principal of Maseno School and acted as the School Principal for three months before being Transferred to Kabianga School as a Senior Teacher. He served Rockfields Group of Schools as the Principal Rockfields Senior School before retiring from High School teaching. He is a part-time Lecturer at Maseno University in the School of Business and Economics. Frank Holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and is currently finishing his Doctoral studies in Human Resource Management. He comes to Litemore with a wealth of experience in High School Administration, Curriculum implementation and Talent Development.
