Christian Buergi

Christian Buergi is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Multimedia Designer at Bildfunke since August 2023 and a Snowcat Operator at Zermatt Bergbahnen AG since December 2022. Christian also holds the role of Social Media Responsible for the Patrouille des Glaciers within the Swiss Armed Forces since January 2021, with previous military experience as a Richtstrahlpionier. Additional experience includes a fixed-term position as Digital Campaign Manager at Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and a prior role as Social Media Manager for Zermatt - Matterhorn. Christian has a diverse background in digital marketing, having interned at OrcaNation Pte Ltd, and worked as a Multimedia Producer at Swisscom. Academic qualifications include ongoing studies in Applied Linguistics at ZHAW and a degree as a Mediamatician from BBZ CFP Biel-Bienne, complemented by earlier education at HES-SO Valais-Wallis.
