Justin Bibee

Justin Bibee is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in technical project management and instructional roles. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Technical PM at Zermount, Inc., Justin oversees a portfolio of cybersecurity testing services for government clients, leading a team of 10 and managing complex security implementations. Prior roles include Lead Cyber Security Bootcamp Instructor at ThriveDX, Program Manager for Intelligence IT and Data Analytics at HQMC USMC, and Senior Manager in the Intelligence IT Department at II MEF. Justin's previous positions encompass various leadership roles, including CNO Adviser at NSA, with expertise in network operations, risk management, and compliance across military and intelligence environments. Justin holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
