Scott Sartiano is a prominent figure in the hospitality and nightlife industries, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for The Metropolitan Museum of Art since January 2022. Sartiano is the Founder of BOND Hospitality, Zero Bond—which is a high-profile membership club in Manhattan—and Broken Coconut, a healthy bowl cafe launched in 2017. Previously, Sartiano co-founded The Butter Group, where notable establishments such as Butter Restaurant and 1 Oak nightclub were established, contributing significantly to New York City's nightlife landscape since 2002. Sartiano is an alumnus of Columbia University.
