Mark Chapman is the CEO and founder of Zero Carbon Forum, an organization focused on reducing carbon emissions and promoting profitability in the food sector. Prior to this, Mark was the CEO and co-founder of Carbon Statement Ltd, a leading provider of energy cost saving solutions for the hospitality industry. With a background in management science from The University of Manchester, Mark has also held commercial roles at ttMobiles and Cable&Wireless Worldwide.
