Sohil Kapadia

Sohil Kapadia is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with significant experience in product innovation and business transformation. As the Founder and CEO of Zero Cow Factory since February 2021, Sohil is pioneering the development of animal-free milk proteins and dairy products through advanced bioengineering and precision fermentation. Prior to this, Sohil co-founded tyutee, creating India's first peer-to-peer student networking and upskilling platform. Sohil also held key positions at Simplilearn, CEAT Limited, and Rolta India Limited, focusing on digital transformation, product management, and innovation across various technological domains. Sohil holds an MBA in IT/Finance from Mumbai Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
