Charissa Cothran

Charissa has over 20 years of experience in different areas of healthcare including provider billing, insurance claims, provider relations, and administration. She spent 9 years as the Billing Director for an ambulance provider and knows firsthand how difficult it can be to get paid for services rendered. During her recent experience working in provider relations, she was introduced to the concept of transparent, bundled pricing and that patients can get quality care with no out-of-pocket cost. She fell in love with the idea of making healthcare less complex and painful for both members as well as providers. She loves being able to provide the best service and experience to the providers in order to ensure they enjoy partnering with ZERO.
