Courtney Ross has a background in education, having taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade in various schools. Transitioning into the corporate world, Courtney worked as an Account Manager & Marketing Coordinator at The Hawley Group before moving on to become a Senior Client Success Manager and later the Director of Client Success at ZERO.health. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
