Lisette Perez is a Communications Associate at Zero Hour, focusing on advocating for diverse youth voices in climate and environmental justice. In addition, Lisette serves as a member of the National Environmental Youth Advisory Council for the US Environmental Protection Agency, contributing to discussions on critical environmental challenges. Previously, Lisette held roles such as Green 2.0 Fellow and Climate Communications Fellow, spearheading outreach initiatives and engaging communities on environmental issues. Lisette's experience also includes positions with the Field Museum, U.S. Forest Service, and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, showcasing a strong commitment to environmental advocacy and education. Lisette earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Science and Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
