Kaneesha Gunanathan

Kaneesha Gunanathan has over 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis roles. In 2010, they began their career as a Client Service Representative at RBC. In 2013, they moved to Dyna Lync as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, where they assisted the Senior Project Manager in planning, documenting, and communicating project related tasks. In 2018, they joined Pinnacle IP Solutions as a Project Manager, where they managed all phases of million-dollar project execution and led, trained, mentored, and evaluated a team of 12 Engineers and Technicians. In 2019, they moved to Epsilon as a Data Solutions Specialist, where they evaluated and interpreted sales and client needs and translated them into requirements for Analytics and Data Engineering partner teams. In 2021, they joined Compass Digital Labs as a Technology Delivery Manager, where they prioritized and steered unique technology implementation projects assigned by the Team Lead. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as a Project Manager at ZERO.

Kaneesha Gunanathan is currently enrolled in Project Management at Athabasca University. Kaneesha previously attended Juno College of Technology in 2021, where they studied Information Technology. Gunanathan has also obtained certifications in Project Planning and Project Launch from Athabasca University in April and March of 2022, respectively, as well as a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from the Scrum Alliance in May of 2022.
