Candace Winkler

Candace Winkler is currently the Chief Dev and Strategy Officer at ZERO TO THREE. Prior to this, Candace had leadership roles as President/CEO at Berkshire United Way, President and CEO at Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara, President/ CEO at The Alaska Community Foundation, and President & CEO at thread, Alaska's Child Care Resource & Referral Network. Candace holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia | SIPA, a Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.
