Dawn Stehle

Dawn Stehle, DrPH, currently serves as the Early Childhood Systems Policy/Planning Director at ZERO TO THREE, with prior experience as Administrator at All for Kids Pediatric Clinic and President and CEO of Stonefly Strategic Solutions. At the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Dawn held various leadership roles, including Deputy Director for Health and Medicaid Director, overseeing a $9 billion Arkansas Medicaid Program and implementing significant health initiatives. With a strong educational background, including a Doctorate in Public Health Leadership from UAMS and a Master's in Public Service from the Clinton School, Dawn has demonstrated expertise in health care policy, management consulting, and innovative health care delivery systems throughout a diverse career.
