Gerry Boyle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Sector Manager at Zero Waste Scotland since October 2019, Gerry has previously held leadership positions such as Catering Manager at Live Active Leisure and Operations Director at Urban Bar and Brasserie. Additional experience includes General Manager at Gamba Seafood Restaurant and Manager at Frango Restaurant, along with a role as Business Development Manager at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. Early career experience includes the position of Department Manager at Asda. Gerry Boyle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Paisley between 1993 and 1998.
