Janet Swadling

Janet Swadling OBE is the Director at The Institute for Agriculture & Horticulture, an Independent Director at the Agricultural and Horticultural Development Board, a Non-Executive Director at Zero Waste Scotland, and the Chair of HGCA Pension Plan Trustees Limited. Janet is also the Managing Director of J D Swadling Limited, a business management consultancy. With a background in education and executive roles, Janet served as Deputy Principal and Chief Executive at SRUC, Deputy Chief Executive, Finance and Corporate Affairs Director, and Acting Chief Executive. Janet holds a Masters in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
