Laura Blair

Laura Blair possesses extensive experience in waste management and circular economy initiatives, currently serving as Partner for Cities & Regions at Zero Waste Scotland since April 2020. Previously, leadership roles included Waste Team Manager at Changeworks, where campaigns and engagement programs were developed, and Senior Consultant at Ricardo Energy & Environment, contributing to numerous circular economy projects. Laura has also worked as Waste Strategy Officer at Aberdeen City Council and engaged in voluntary positions with the CIWM, fostering support networks for new industry members. Academic credentials include a PgCert in Integrated Environmental Management from the University of Bath and a range of degrees focusing on public policy, philosophy, and systems thinking.
