Carina Yaffe

Carina Yaffe has worked in the real estate industry since 2009. Carina began their career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Jaime Lathrop PCC, where they represented clients in foreclosure actions and assisted with loan forbearance, loan modification, partial claim, short sale, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, and bankruptcy. Carina then moved to Community Housing Innovations, Inc., where they served as In-House Counsel and prepared strategic goals for CHI programs, including foreclosure prevention and housing counseling to homeowners in need. Carina then moved to Zephyr Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent, where they organized teaching seminars and managed marketing. In 2017, they began working at Redfin as a Senior Lead Agent, where they represented clients in multimillion dollar residential real estate transactions and conducted detailed cash flow analysis of investment properties. Carina then moved to Compass as a REALTOR® in 2020, and is currently working at ZeroDown as the VP of Real Estate, where they offer a faster, more accessible road to homeownership.

Carina Yaffe completed their Doctor of Law (JD) from Chelyabinsk State University in International Law and Legal Studies between 2000 and 2006. Carina then went on to pursue their LLM in Corporate Law from Cardozo School of Law between 2008 and 2009. Additionally, they have obtained a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga To The People.
