Colleen Durocher

Colleen Durocher has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Bartender at the New Sheridan Chop House and Bar. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as an Area Manager at Preston Marketing. In 2009, they became a District Manager at the Republic National Distributing Company. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Executive at JobOn, where they helped revolutionize the hiring process using video-enabled job applications. At JobOn, they also served as the Director of Client Success from 2013 to 2016, leading a team of five to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. From 2016 to 2017, they took on the role of Director, Strategic Accounts at JobOn, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with high-revenue clients.
