Eddie Johnson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Eddie'smost recent position was as the Director of Global Customer Support at ZeroFox, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Leap as the Sr. Director of Customer Success, where they grew the Customer Success department, served on the Executive team, and increased Professional Services revenue. Before their time at Leap, they worked at Cision as the Director of Support and Director of Professional Services, managing support staff and generating revenue through custom solutions. Eddie also had previous roles at Vocus as the Managed Services Manager and Enterprise Project Manager, and at Laborlogix and AC Software as a Sales Engineer, Software Developer/Report Specialist, Technical Writer, and Quality Assurance Software Specialist. Eddie has a diverse background in customer support, professional services, project management, and software development.

Eddie Johnson completed their BS in Computer Information Systems at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they studied Information Technology at Anne Arundel Community College.
