Jenny Shi is a result-focused analytics consultant and innovation driver with extensive experience in statistical modeling and data science. They worked as a Graduate Student Fellow at SAMSI from 2014 to 2015, collaborating on stochastic modeling projects. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, developing machine learning algorithms and publishing R packages. Following this, they held roles at Carbonite and MassMutual, where they produced business forecast models and directed corporate operational forecasts. Currently, Shi is a Lead Data Scientist at zeroG - AI in Aviation and is pursuing a PhD in Statistics and Operational Research at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
