Simon Robinson

Simon Robinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Executive team at ZeroLight since January 2020, Simon co-founded Foundry in September 1996, where Simon occupies the role of Chief Scientist. In addition, Simon is the Chairman of the Board at Burton Hathow Preparatory School Limited, supporting outstanding nursery and primary education since January 2013, and has been an Adjunct Professor at Trinity College Dublin's School of Engineering since 2011. Simon's prior roles include Software Consultant for London-based visual effects companies, Head of Software at Digital Pictures London, and Researcher at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. Simon obtained a B.A. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cambridge, complementing a strong foundation developed at Abbotsholme School.
