Jose Daugherty

Jose Daugherty has held a variety of positions in the past 8 years. In 2014, they began their career as a Server at Don Vino's Italian Bar and Grill. In 2016, they became a Viterbi Student Ambassador at USC Viterbi School of Engineering. In 2018, they joined ZeroNox as a Consultant and Johnson & Johnson as a Project and Supply Chain Analyst, where they ensured accuracy and timely reporting of performance metrics and data for the management of a $60MM portfolio, and created a customized tracking report to identify project leaders who had the most data quality errors resulting in a decrease of these errors by 28.5%. In 2019, they joined Accenture as an Applied Intelligence Consultant, Consulting Senior Analyst, and Consulting Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Sales Engineering at ZeroNox, Inc.

Jose Daugherty received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Porterville High School.
