Nitesh Jain is currently the Head of Experience at ZeroWall. Prior to that, they spent five years at RingCentral, where they were promoted four times. At RingCentral, Nitesh worked on a variety of products and helped manage both local and offshore teams. Nitesh is credited with reducing the churn rate by 50% and increasing the completion rate by 70%.
Nitesh has also been instrumental in developing a centralized prototype team to solve communication problems between product, development, design, and management. Nitesh also helped build a design system on the InVision DSM and integrate Dimelo and Connect First into the RingCentral platform.
Most recently, Nitesh led the development of the RingCentral Glip Desktop/Web App, which was successfully launched in 2020. Nitesh also spearheaded the development of the RingCentral Glip Mobile App, which was completed in just six months by a team of four designers.
Nitesh Jain has a MFA in Animation and VFX from the Academy of Art University, a Master’s Degree in Digital Arts from the International Technological University (ITU), and a B.Com in Commerce and Economics from the University of Mumbai. Nitesh also has a Diploma in Multimedia and Graphic Design from Arena Multimedia. Nitesh Jain has certifications from ProductLed in Product Led Growth, MIT Sloan School of Management in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy, Strategyzer in Mastering Value Propositions, Business Models and Business Testing, The Call Center School in Contact Center, and MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) in Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design.
