Nicholas Aralis

Nicholas Aralis has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Nicholas currently holds the position of Sr. Director of R&D, Advanced Materials at Zest Dental Solutions, where they have been working since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of R&D, Consumables and Manager of Strategic Initiatives at the same company from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining Zest Dental Solutions, Aralis worked at Glidewell Dental for five years. Nicholas held various roles including Product Manager CAD/CAM and R&D Manager Polymers, where they were responsible for managing the polymer business, developing strategies, and updating product development roadmaps. Nicholas also served as the Lead Research Chemist and created and managed the polymer department.

Prior to Glidewell Dental, Aralis worked at Danville Materials for six years. Nicholas held roles such as Lead R&D Chemist and Staff Chemist, where they supervised teams, contributed to R&D projects, and developed product lines. Nicholas also worked as a Formulation Lab Technician, where they contributed to R&D projects and collaborated with offsite production planners/managers.

Overall, Nicholas Aralis has a strong background in dental R&D, specifically in advanced materials, consumables, and polymers.

Nicholas Aralis completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from California State University San Marcos in the years 2003-2007. Nicholas also obtained certifications in Certified Product Management from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management, as well as Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing from The 280 Group in the year 2017.
