Tom Stratton

Tom Stratton has extensive work experience in the dental industry. Tom currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Zest Dental Solutions since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked for Danaher Corporation, where they held the position of President of Implant Direct from January 2013 to January 2018. Within the same company, they also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales & Business Development from January 2013.

Before Danaher Corporation, Tom filled the role of President at DEKA Laser Technologies, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2012. In 2008, they worked as a Dental Industry Consultant, serving as the President for that year. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Division General Manager at Dentsply International, overseeing strategic programs and managing the P&L for a dental implant and bone grafting division. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing at Zimmer Dental from February 1998 to June 2002.

Tom's early career includes a role as the Director of North American Sales at Dentsply International from November 1992 to February 1998. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience and has held various leadership positions within the dental industry.

Tom Stratton attended the University of St. Thomas, where they received a BA in Public Relations. Tom also completed a Professional Development Executive Course at The Wharton School, specializing in Finance & Accounting for the Non-Financial Manager.
