Lucy Matthews

Lucy Matthews has worked in the security industry since 2011. Lucy began their career at Amey as a Bid Manager, where they were responsible for managing multi-million tender projects, managing and writing tender responses, and leading the bid team to create winning solutions. In 2017, Lucy moved to Wilson Security and Broadspectrum as a Bid Manager. In 2018, they joined Orion Security Solutions Limited as an EMEA Account Manager, where they were responsible for building trusted relationships with clients, delivering promises, and increasing margin by developing team and contract strategies. Most recently, in 2021, Lucy joined Zest Eco Ltd as a Strategic Partnership Manager, driving business growth to achieve ambitious company goals.

Lucy Matthews attended Wheatley Park School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their GCSE. Lucy then attended Oxford and Cherwell Valley College from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their A levels. In addition, they hold certifications in APMP and Prince2.
