Mark Elliott has over 33 years of work experience in the automotive industry. Mark began their career in 1987 as a Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester at Unity Coachworks. In 1998, they moved to Lex AutoPrep as a Workshop Supervisor, and then to WALON in 1999 as a Smart Repair and Vehicle Preparation Technician. In 2002, they joined BCA Marketplace plc as a Vehicle Inspector. In 2005, they began working at Manheim UK - Cox Automotive UK, where they held the positions of Head of Inspection Excellence, Group Inspection Manager, and Group Reconditioning and Inspections Manager. In 2018, they joined SMH Fleet Solutions Limited as Quality Director, Customer Experience Director, and Head of Inspection Services. Mark also held the same role at HUDSON KAPEL LIMITED. In 2021, they joined BCA UK as Operations Director - Inspections and Quality. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Zest as Director Customer Experience.

Mark Elliott attended Highfields from 1982 to 1988, where they studied Secondary Education.
