Paul Ford

Paul Ford MBA CMgr MCMI has a long history of work experience in the field of business development. Paul began their career in 2000 as an FM Consultant at Davis Langdon. In 2006, they moved on to become an Associate Director - FM Consultant at Gardiner and Theobald. In 2011, they joined Amey as a Workplace Market Sector Director, responsible for the development of innovative solutions and implementation into new proposals. In 2014, they became Business Development Director (Public Sector) and Bid Director at Bellrock Property & Facilities Management. In 2016, they joined ENGIE as Business Development Director. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Zest Eco Ltd.

Paul Ford holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Manchester Metropolitan University, with a focus on Leadership. Paul also holds a Post Graduate Dip from the University of Reading in FM. Paul'seducational background also includes Bingley Grammer.
