Nicholas de Goede

Nicholas de Goede, CFA has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2019 to present, they serve as the Director of Engineering, Machine Learning Client Solutions at Zest AI, where they oversee the delivery and operations of credit scoring models for financial institutions. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as the Pathways Operations Manager from 2017 to 2018, managing over 300 associates and implementing tools for performance improvement. Nicholas pursued their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also interned at Google in 2016, automating processes and developing business logic. Before their MBA, they spent several years at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where they held roles such as Senior Associate, Research and Senior Associate, Investment Analytics and Data. Nicholas'sresponsibilities included managing systems for investment performance analysis and upgrading performance attribution systems.

Nicholas de Goede, CFA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Technology from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics/Economics with a specialization in Computing, along with minors in Accounting and Statistics from UCLA in 2007. Nicholas also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® certification from the CFA Institute, which they obtained in 2012.
