Robert Silva, ACAS, is a Product Manager and Actuary with extensive experience in pricing, reserving, research, and product management. Currently, they serve as Director of Customer Success at ZestyAI, where they are focusing on customer engagement. Previously, Silva held various roles at MetLife Auto & Home, including Senior Actuarial Consultant and Product Management Director, where they significantly improved PIP severity and developed underwriting strategies. At Farmers Insurance, they were responsible for P&L management and secured regulatory approval for innovative risk models.
