Shahar Koerner has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 with Magen David Adom in Israel and MDA, Israel, where they held the role of Paramedic, EMT-P. In 2011, they joined Keshet Broadcasting as a Project Manager and IT Support Manager. shahar is currently employed at Zesty, where they serve as IT Manager since 2022.

Shahar Koerner attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Emergency Medicine Sciences (B.EMS) degree in the field of Emergency Medicine.
