Joseph Laux

Head of Materials Industrialization at Zeta Energy

Joseph Laux is currently the Head of Materials Industrialization at Zeta Energy. Joseph has also previously worked as the Global Director of Material Science for Magna International, the Director CEO Project Sales & Service for Buhler Group, and the Director of Plastics Development for BMW Group. Laux has also done a Sabbatical in Multifunctional Carbon-Composites through ETH Zurich. Throughout their many years of experience, Laux has gained extensive knowledge in material science and composite development, making him an expert in their field. Joseph's experience and expertise have allowed him to contribute to the development of some of the most innovative and cutting-edge technologies in the automotive industry.

Joseph Laux obtained their PhD in Bio-organic Chemistry from Harvard University. Joseph then went on to obtain their MA in Chemistry from Harvard University. After that, they became a Harvard University Travelling Scholar in Bio-organic Chemistry at ETH Zürich. Finally, they obtained their BS in Chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy.

Their manager is Charles Maslin, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Michael Liedtke - Head of Business Development, Tom Pilette - COO & Head of Product Development, and Abdul-Rahman Raji - CTO.
