Todd Foley

Todd Foley is the current Head of Government & Investor Relations at Zeta Energy. Prior to this, they were with Eagle Energy Ventures LLC. Todd has also previously served as the Senior Vice President for Strategy, Policy & Government Relations and Chief Strategy Officer at the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) from April 2010 to December 2019. Before that, they were with BP SOLAR INTERNATIONAL INC. from January 1998 to May 2010 as the Director of Business Development, Government & External Affairs. Todd also served as the Director, Government, Regulatory & Environmental Affairs at BP America from January 1993 to December 1998. Todd's first job was as Special Assistant to the Administrator at US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA from January 1991 to December 1993. Todd then became a Congressional Officer, Office of the Administrator at USEPA from January 1989 to December 1991. Todd started their career in government as the Assocate Director, Business Affairs at The White House from January 1983 to December 1989. Todd then worked as a Judiciary Committee at United States Senate from January 1982 to December 1983.

Todd Foley has a BS in Biology & Political Science from Boston College and a JD in Energy & Environmental Law from American University Washington College of Law. Todd attended Fordham Preparatory School for high school.
