Elizabeth Darauay

Elizabeth Darauay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and program development. Currently serving as Senior Training Program Lead at Zeta Global since January 2022, Elizabeth focuses on creating technical and non-technical training programs for both internal teams and external customers. Prior to Zeta Global, Elizabeth worked as a Technical Trainer at Upland Software for nearly eleven years, contributing to the development of cloud-based enterprise software solutions. Elizabeth also has experience as a Business Owner and Event Planner at Veriest Inc., and as an Account Executive at Oceanwide, where skills in client management and team leadership were honed. Elizabeth holds a Post Graduate Diploma with Distinction in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Concordia University.
