Jeff Bernal

Jeff Bernal is an experienced professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Director of People Rewards and Wellness and previously as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Zeta Global since May 2017. Prior to this position, Jeff held various roles at WebMD from August 2011 to May 2017, including Associate Director and Sr. Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Jeff's earlier career includes serving as Compensation & Benefits Manager at Lifetime Brands, Inc. and Director at Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Jeff gained valuable experience as a Consultant at both Deloitte & Touche and Touche Ross. Jeff holds a BS in Actuarial Science from Penn State University, earned between 1991 and 1995, and graduated from Archbishop Molloy in 1991.
