Tabatha Hottes is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic people management and organizational development. Currently serving as AVP, People Partner at Zeta Global since March 2018, Tabatha has previously held roles as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Business Partner II and Human Resources Business Partner at Asurion, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, employee relations, and leadership development for a technical call center. Additional roles included Account Manager at Apex Systems, Sales Consultant at Inova Payroll, and Marketing Coordinator at Optimum Solutions.
