Rashmi Mohan

Rashmi Mohan possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Zeta since November 2020. Prior to this role, Rashmi held key positions at Ather Energy, including Lead of Product & Leadership Hiring and HRBP for Product & Sales, from January 2017 to September 2020. Rashmi's earlier experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grey Orange Pte Ltd and an HR Intern at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. Additionally, Rashmi served as Assistant Manufacturing Manager at Cummins Inc. Rashmi holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology.
