Senthil Radhakrishnan

Senthil Radhakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Senthil is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success/Client Delivery at Zeta Suite since January 2021. Previously, from June 2017 to December 2020, they co-founded and worked at HopOn.

Before that, Senthil worked at Virtusa from April 2013 to May 2017, where they held various positions including Senior Vice President and VP Banking Technology Solutions. During their time at Virtusa, they focused on setting up a techno-domain solutions practice and acquiring clients through solving business problems. Senthil also played a key role in evangelizing techno-functional concepts in capital markets.

Prior to Virtusa, Senthil worked at Headstrong from 2007 to 2013. Senthil held positions such as Delivery Head, UK and NY Capital Markets and Capital Markets Delivery Head, Europe. Their responsibilities included managing a portfolio of sell-side clients and overseeing their IT initiatives in the areas of equities, trade processing systems, enterprise risk, and more.

Senthil also gained experience at Headstrong as a Global Engagement Manager at UBS and as a Managing Consultant. Before joining Headstrong, they worked as a Software Architect at Transworld ICT Solutions and Cambridge Technology Partners. Senthil was involved in various projects, including the development and maintenance of an online trading platform.

Senthil started their professional career as an Analyst at DrKW (Webtek) from 1998 to 2000. Senthil also had short-term engagements as a Graduate Student and Graduate Assistant at Arizona State University in 1997.

Senthil Radhakrishnan earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, India between 1991 and 1995. Senthil then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Arizona State University from 1996 to 1997. Prior to this, they completed their 12th Grade, CBSE at Kendriya Vidyalaya in 1991 and their 10th ISCE at St.Josephs B.H.S in 1989. In terms of additional certifications, Senthil obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2013, and completed a certification in Risk Management Practices from PRM in 2010.
