Holger Heichel

Holger Heichel has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Management-Trainee at BAUER Group in 2001. Holger then progressed through various positions within the company, including Financial Controller at BAUER Group from 2003 to 2009 and Director of the Commercial Department at BAUER Maschinen GmbH from 2009 to 2017. Following this, they became the CFO at BAUER Equipment America, Inc., BAUER Manufacturing Conroe LLC, and BAUER Financial Services, Inc. from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director at ZETA from November 2022 onwards.
