Harshal Vaidya

Harshal Vaidya has been working in the technology sector since 2001. Harshal began their career at Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate. Harshal then moved to JP Morgan Chase in 2005 as a Senior Developer. In 2006, they became a Technical Architect at UBS Investment Bank. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Capgemini Consulting in roles such as Service Delivery Manager and Lead Architect. In 2014, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Senior Product Engineering and Devops Manager in the IOT/M2M/Digital Domain. In 2016, they became a Senior Product Engineering and Devops Manager at Qualys, where they were responsible for Devops transformation of 5000+ node private/public (Hybrid) cloud infrastructure. In 2020, they were hired as a Senior Devops Engineering Manager (APAC) at UnderwriteMe. In 2021, they joined Mox Bank (via Industrie & Co) as a Senior Cyber Security Engineering Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Platform Engineering & Security at Zetaris - The Networked Data Platform. Additionally, in 2021, they co-founded CyberAssist, an AI based browser native tool to deliver cyber security insights.

Harshal Vaidya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1999. Harshal then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2001.
