Oscar Suarez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oscar began their career as an Assembly Engineer at Panasonic in 1999. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Senior RF Engineer at Symbol Technologies/Motorola. In 2004, Oscar joined PEAK Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Engineer, where they provided support to customers and played a key role in delivering devices and wireless infrastructure to a leading UK retailer. Since 2007, Oscar has been associated with Zetes Ltd, initially as a Technical Engineer and currently as the Head of Customer Service UK. In their current role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of the Customer Service and Logistics department, ensuring service agreements are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
