Veronica has held various legal positions in different firms, focusing on listings, mergers, acquisitions, and litigation. Veronica's expertise lies in evaluating and advising companies on their suitability for listing on the London Stock Exchange, as well as negotiating and drafting various legal documents. Veronica currently serves as Managing Director and Group General Manager at Zetland Fiduciary Group, where Veronica leads the legal and trust department.
